What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. Technical Data are not generally considered to be PII unless they are independently capable of identifying a consumer, household or device, or they are combined with other PII elements that are capable of identifying a consumer, household or device.
From time to time, you may choose to participate in open or anonymous customer satisfaction surveys or other market research efforts. If the survey is anonymous, your responses will not be combined with your Profile Information and will not be considered PII under this Policy. The Sites are general audience websites that are not directed to children younger than 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. If you believe we may have collected PII from your child on the Sites, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records, when required by law. California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of PII to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
