Kamut Grits

1 cup kamut berries, coarsely grounded
1 1/2 cup spring water
1 1/2 cup approved nut or rolled spelt milk
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 – 2 Tbsp vegan butter (optional) 


Add water and milk to a pot with salt and butter. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and slowly pour in grounded kamut while whisking. Constantly stir pot for 10 to 15 minutes to prevent lumps.
